These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital payment services provided by DOUBLE J PARTNERS LIMITED ("Company", "we", or "us"). By using this website and our credit purchase services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Description of Service
We offer digital credits ("Credits") through secure card payment via Stripe. These Credits are only valid for use within our designated digital platforms and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the platform.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Transactions are conducted in USD (United States Dollars). Upon successful payment, Credits are immediately allocated to the user account.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases of Credits are non-refundable, regardless of usage status. Exceptions may be made only in cases of technical error, duplicate payment, or other verifiable issues, and will be subject to the Company's discretion.
4. User Obligations
Users agree not to:
- Use Credits for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to circumvent payment systems
- Resell or transfer Credits externally
5. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, third-party system failures (including Stripe), or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
